Caisson inspection
We clean Caissons with high pressure flushing (up to 1000 bar) and inspect with video both above and below water. If desired, we can also conduct ultrasound thickness measurement throughout the length of the caisson in the same operation.
Scope of Caisson inspection – Example:
- Obtaining information about caisson length and dimension
- Planning of location of equipment, such as chain anchor point and rating of lifting point
- Planning of barriers around the caisson-area
- Installation of camera equipment and centralization equipment
- Installation of ultrasound measurement equipment
- Function control of equipment
- Determination of reference point
- Inspection of Caisson
- Flushing of caisson in the case of poor visibility
- Completition of inspection, review video recording and UT measurement data
